Rio Grande do Sul), terricola inter rupes apud flumen Toropi unacum Notocacto magnifico, Lepismio cruciformi, Billbergia nutante, specibus generis Stelis etc. apud 300 m. s. m. [german version:] Heimat und Verbreitung: Terrestrisch wachsend, am Fluß Toropi, zwischen Felsblöcken in Gesellschaft von Notocactus magnificus, Lepismium cruciforme, Billbergia nutans, Stelis-Arten u. a., bei 300 m (Prov. Rio Grande do Sul, Brasilien).
